Advertisements on this website are made by Jodi Corbeille, a licensed Montana real estate broker who has an ownership interest in the properties advertised. VRBozeman is the booking and marketing website for Loft503 and the Vintage Estate collection.
Your property host
The Arrival Company manages Loft503. Jen King and LT Management Group manage Vintage Estate, Rouse House and Vintage House, including V1 and V2. For property questions, access details, reservation changes or help during your stay, contact your property’s host.
Short-term rental permits
The City of Bozeman STR permit numbers below are also displayed on the associated booking listings. Vintage House references both underlying suite permits (V1 and V2). Entire Vintage Estate references those two permits plus the Rouse House permit. These are the existing residence permits reused for combination listings, not separate permits for the combined stays.

Prices, taxes & booking terms
Our availability search displays full-stay quotes supplied by the booking provider, including quoted cleaning charges, taxes and mandatory fees. Prices apply to the selected dates, guest count and stay length. Review the final total, payment schedule, deposits, house rules and cancellation terms before confirming a reservation. Terms may differ by booking channel.
Guest capacity & gatherings
Reserve a stay that accommodates your full overnight guest count. All gatherings require prior approval. Only guests reserving the entire Vintage Estate may apply to host a small gathering during their stay. Accommodation bookings do not include gathering permission. A separate application and contract, additional fees and further requirements apply. Approved gatherings may include up to 30 people; overnight occupancy remains eight. Separate event rentals for groups who are not staying on site are not offered. Review Vintage Estate’s gathering requirements and discuss your plans with Jen before making arrangements. V1 and V2 are offered individually only within 30 days of arrival, subject to availability.
Access needs & an equal welcome
We welcome guests in accordance with applicable nondiscrimination laws. These historic properties have different entrances, stairs and bathroom arrangements. Contact your host before booking to discuss specific access needs and the details of the residence you are considering.
