Dates, rates and availability

Each property’s booking page provides its live calendar and rates. Try nearby dates or another stay if your preferred dates are unavailable.

Last-minute V1 and V2 bookings

Individual V1 and V2 suites are offered only within 30 days of arrival, when they have not already been reserved through a Vintage House or Vintage Estate booking. Availability is confirmed by the booking provider.

Fees, taxes and cancellation

Cleaning fees, taxes, payment schedules and cancellation terms are shown in the booking flow. They may differ by property and booking channel. The terms shown with your reservation apply to that booking.

Longer stays and gatherings

For Vintage Estate arrangements, speak with Jen before reserving: call or text 406-581-9379. All gatherings require prior approval. Only guests reserving the entire Vintage Estate may apply to host a small gathering during their stay. Accommodation bookings do not include gathering permission. A separate application and contract, additional fees and further requirements apply. Approved gatherings may include up to 30 people; overnight occupancy remains eight. Separate event rentals for groups who are not staying on site are not offered. Review Vintage Estate’s gathering requirements and discuss your plans with Jen before making arrangements.

Outdoor areas and parking

Outdoor access depends on which residence you reserve. Review the property page for the allocation of gardens, patios, the fireplace, fire table, BBQ and upstairs balcony. Parking spaces are assigned.
