A new chapter at Vintage Estate deserves a warm welcome. We’re delighted to welcome Jennifer “Jen” King and LT Management Group as the management team for our historic downtown Bozeman estate.

A REALTOR® with a heart for hospitality

Jen is a REALTOR® and the owner of LT Management Group, but it’s her passion for hospitality that makes this partnership feel so right. She understands that a beautiful property is only part of a memorable stay. How people feel when they arrive—and how well they’re cared for while they’re here—matters just as much.

Her real estate perspective brings an appreciation for a home’s character and care. Her love of hosting brings the personal side: a thoughtful welcome, helpful communication, and attention to the details that let guests settle in and enjoy Bozeman.

The next chapter for a special place

The June 2026 transition brings Jen and her team into the day-to-day care of Vintage Estate. From the historic Rouse House to the Vintage House suites, these are homes with their own personalities, shared gardens, and a place in the story of downtown.

Whether guests are here for a quiet getaway, a family visit, or a special gathering, our hope is the same: that they feel comfortable, looked after, and happy to be here. We’re excited to have Jen bring her energy and love of hospitality to that experience.
