A visit to your Bobcat is a chance to enjoy their Bozeman life together. Plan campus time, a good dinner, and a comfortable downtown home base for MSU Parent & Family Weekend.
Start with the university calendar
Montana State’s 2026 Parent & Family Weekend is scheduled for October 23–24. Begin with the university’s official event page for registration and program details. Keep campus activities, athletic tickets, and your lodging arrangements as separate planning steps; reserving a stay does not include event admission.
Give your student room to lead
Ask your student what they would like to share: a campus walk, their favorite coffee stop, or simply dinner together. Leave space between scheduled activities so the visit feels like time together rather than another busy school day.
Plan beyond campus
Our properties are downtown at Church and Mendenhall or Church and Babcock, with restaurants nearby. MSU is a separate destination, so allow travel and parking time for campus visits. Reserve a restaurant in advance and confirm your family’s arrival plans before choosing lodging dates.
Plan your visit
Register for university activities separately and check individual ticket requirements. Book your accommodation and dinner reservations ahead of the weekend.
Check the official links for current schedules, availability, and booking terms before making plans.
A downtown place to come back to
Loft503 sleeps up to four, while Vintage Estate sleeps up to eight across its historic home and suites. For other group sizes, explore Vintage House, sleeping six, or Rouse House, sleeping two. Individual V1 and V2 bookings become available within 30 days of arrival when not already reserved as part of a larger stay.
We recommend booking early for popular weekends. Check Loft503 dates, check Vintage Estate dates, or browse all stays. Final availability and terms appear in the booking engine.
