Vintage Estate brings together historic Rouse House at 506 E Babcock and Vintage House on the carriage-house site. A thoughtful restoration connects their individual character with gardens and inviting places to gather.
THE STORY BEHIND THE STAY
Built circa 1881, Rouse House was the family home of Daniel E. Rouse, who helped lay out Bozeman with John Bozeman and William J. Beall in 1864. Its historic brickwork, steep central gable and stone-trimmed windows connect your stay to the town’s earliest chapters.
The estate’s restoration brought new life to both buildings. Rouse House gained a full basement beneath its existing structure, while Vintage House became two welcoming suites, V1 and V2. Historic character and contemporary comfort now share one landscaped property.
Settle into the gardens, wander downtown, and enjoy a small piece of Bozeman’s story.
