Every good stay starts with a good welcome. Looking back on our August 2025 management partnership, we’re pleased to welcome Josiah Pisel and The Arrival Company to Loft503.

Our historic corner loft has always been about giving guests a comfortable place to land in downtown Bozeman. Having a team looking after the home and the people staying here is an important part of that experience.

Josiah and The Arrival Company manage Loft503’s guest services and property care. For our guests, that means having a management team to connect with about their stay, from arrival questions to help during a visit.

For us, it means a partnership centered on keeping this special place ready for the next person who walks through the door.

A downtown home base

Loft503 pairs exposed brick and steel details with the comforts of a private residence: two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a private patio and BBQ, and room to unwind. At Church and Mendenhall, just one block from Main Street, it puts Bozeman’s restaurants, coffee shops, and local favorites within an easy stroll.
